About 7v7 drills

7v7 is where simple positional concepts start to apply. A 2-3-1 or 1-2-3 shape gives you something to coach. Players can understand 'wide' and 'central' as positions. Decision-making constraints (two-touch, count of passes before scoring) start to produce real change in behaviour.
