◆Why this drill works
Structured GK rotation across two simultaneous games, ensuring every player experiences being in goal at least once. Coaches keep a simple rotation list; the transition happens every 5 minutes. Particularly valuable for U10–U11 squads where the FA recommends no permanent GK.

1Setup

2Action

▶How to run it
- Start two games simultaneously. Nominate one player per team as GK.
- Every 5 minutes, call 'ROTATION!' — the GK swaps with a pre-chosen outfield player.
- Coach uses a sticky note or clipboard list to track who has been in goal.
- By the end of a 30-minute block, every player should have had one 5-minute stint in goal.
- For the final 5 minutes, let players choose their own position — reward their patience with the rotation.
