Tactical-phase drills
Team shape, patterns, decisions under pressure.
Tactical-phase drills are where the technical work meets team play. Defensive structures, attacking rotations, transition patterns — drilled in isolation first, then layered into game-realistic settings. Most relevant from U14+ in football and across all levels in futsal.

About tactical-phase drills
Tactical drills work when the technical foundations are solid. Drilling a 4-0 defensive shape with squads who can't hold their position under pressure produces noise; drilling it after they can hold position produces a defensive system. The drills here assume the prerequisites are met and focus on the team-level coordination that turns individual ability into collective performance.
