How to run it

  1. 20m line: high knees forward, heel flicks back.
  2. 20m line: lateral shuffles right, then left.
  3. 20m line: walking lunges forward, skip back.
  4. Hip openers: forward lunge with hip rotation at the bottom.
  5. Final: 30-second easy jog around the perimeter.
