How to run it

  1. Split squad into groups of 4-5. Mark a 10x10m box per group.
  2. 4v1 rondo: outside players keep ball from central defender.
  3. Player who loses possession becomes central defender.
  4. Progress to 5v2. Use the full square.
  5. Final 2 minutes: winners vs second group in a 6v2 rondo.
