How to run it

  1. Mark four 20m lanes. Players at one end in pairs.
  2. Round 1 at 70 percent: drive to cone at 15m, collect ball, dribble back slowly.
  3. Round 2 at 90 percent: drive, collect ball, pass to partner on return.
  4. Round 3 at maximum: receive a rolled ball from coach at 15m, control and shoot.
  5. Two rounds each. Total 6 sprints per player. 30 seconds recovery between rounds.
