The number call warm-up builds reaction speed and scanning habits. Every player has a number; the coach calls a number and that player must perform a specific action. The cognitive component makes this far more valuable than a simple dribbling circuit.

▶How to run it
- Mark a 20x15m grid. Every player with a ball, dribbling freely. Each player assigned a number.
- Coach randomly calls a number: that player dribbles to a cone and back.
- Progress: coach calls two numbers simultaneously.
- Add ODD or EVEN calls for group actions.
- Final 2 minutes: players call their own numbers on completion.
