▶How to run it
- Full squad in starting shape on half a pitch.
- Coach plays ball to different positions.
- Team moves in response: ball goes wide right, RB pushes forward, wide midfielder shifts inside, striker moves to far post.
- Walk through 6 scenarios: wide right, wide left, central midfield, deep midfielder under press, GK under press, attacking corner.
- Increase pace: slow jog through each scenario. Final round at 75%. Stop before fatigue.
