How to run it

  1. Set up 4v4 in 25×20m space with full goals or mini goals.
  2. Rule: goal only counts if scored within 5 seconds of winning possession. Coach counts aloud first 5 minutes.
  3. Transition goals = 3 points. Standard goals = 1 point.
  4. Rotate teams: winning team stays on, losing team off, new team comes on.
  5. After 3 rounds: relax transition rule. Observe how much of the transition habit has embedded.
