How to run it

  1. Each player takes 5 penalties. Before each: stand behind ball, pick the corner, commit. No changing mind.
  2. Round 1: GK dives one side on all 5 reps. Does the player change choice? It shouldn't.
  3. Round 2: GK stands until last moment. Players must trust their chosen corner.
  4. Round 3: competition pressure — all penalties taken in turn in front of the squad.
  5. Debrief: what changed between rep 1 and rep 15?
