- Each player takes 5 penalties. Before each: stand behind ball, pick the corner, commit. No changing mind.
- Round 1: GK dives one side on all 5 reps. Does the player change choice? It shouldn't.
- Round 2: GK stands until last moment. Players must trust their chosen corner.
- Round 3: competition pressure — all penalties taken in turn in front of the squad.
