How to run it

  1. Identify the 1–2 players with the strongest throw. Test: throw from touchline, which player reaches farthest?
  2. Movement pattern A — near post: one runner attacks near post, second arrives late to far post.
  3. Movement pattern B — back peel: both runners peel backward drawing defenders, third runner attacks the space they vacated.
  4. 10 reps each pattern, named. 'NEAR!' or 'PEEL!' called before each throw.
  5. Live game: award 2pts for goal from named long-throw routine. Coach enforces: no name = no routine.
