How to run it

  1. Split squad into groups of 4–5. Mark 10×10m box per group.
  2. 4v1 rondo: outside players keep ball from central defender. One-touch encouraged after first 3 minutes.
  3. Player who loses possession becomes central defender.
  4. After 5 minutes: progress to 5v2 or 6v2. Two defenders in middle.
  5. Final 2 minutes: winners group vs second group in combined 6v2 rondo.
