- 4v1 rondo: outside players keep ball from central defender. One-touch encouraged after first 3 minutes.
- Player who loses possession becomes central defender.
- After 5 minutes: progress to 5v2 or 6v2. Two defenders in middle.
- Final 2 minutes: winners group vs second group in combined 6v2 rondo.
