How to run it

  1. Mark four 20m lanes. Players stand at one end in pairs.
  2. Round 1: drive at 70% to cone at 15m, collect placed ball, dribble back slowly.
  3. Round 2: drive at 90%, collect ball, pass to partner on return. Partner drives back with ball.
  4. Round 3: drive at maximum sprint, receive rolled ball from coach at 15m, control and shoot at goal.
  5. Two rounds each. Total 6 sprints per player. 30 seconds recovery between rounds.
