▶How to run it
- Mark four 20m lanes. Players stand at one end in pairs.
- Round 1: drive at 70% to cone at 15m, collect placed ball, dribble back slowly.
- Round 2: drive at 90%, collect ball, pass to partner on return. Partner drives back with ball.
- Round 3: drive at maximum sprint, receive rolled ball from coach at 15m, control and shoot at goal.
- Two rounds each. Total 6 sprints per player. 30 seconds recovery between rounds.
