▶How to run it
- Shooter receives pass from side at edge of penalty area. Passive defender starts 4 yards behind.
- Defender walks toward shooter immediately after pass. No tackling — job is to close down and crowd space.
- Shooter takes maximum two touches before striking. Coach observes body shape before the shot.
- Swap roles after every 3 attempts. Both get 6 attempts per round.
- Progress: defender becomes semi-active (can attempt block but no physical challenge).
