How to run it

  1. Shooter receives pass from side at edge of penalty area. Passive defender starts 4 yards behind.
  2. Defender walks toward shooter immediately after pass. No tackling — job is to close down and crowd space.
  3. Shooter takes maximum two touches before striking. Coach observes body shape before the shot.
  4. Swap roles after every 3 attempts. Both get 6 attempts per round.
  5. Progress: defender becomes semi-active (can attempt block but no physical challenge).
