▶How to run it
- Striker starts at penalty spot. Support player stands at edge of box, slightly left.
- Striker passes to support player and immediately sprints into penalty area. Support plays one-touch return.
- Striker receives on the run and shoots first-time. No more than two touches after receipt.
- Alternate starting positions: right channel, left channel, directly through the middle.
- Progress: add passive defender on support player who intercepts if pass is loose.
