How to run it

  1. Striker starts at penalty spot. Support player stands at edge of box, slightly left.
  2. Striker passes to support player and immediately sprints into penalty area. Support plays one-touch return.
  3. Striker receives on the run and shoots first-time. No more than two touches after receipt.
  4. Alternate starting positions: right channel, left channel, directly through the middle.
  5. Progress: add passive defender on support player who intercepts if pass is loose.
