How to run it

  1. Set up: GK in goal, two CBs at 12 yards each side, one forward at 20 yards.
  2. Coach rolls fast back-pass. GK controls with stronger foot, plays to nearer CB.
  3. CB plays back. GK switches to other side: one or two touches to other CB.
  4. Forward now closes slowly. GK must play out before forward arrives.
  5. Progress: forward closes at jogging pace. GK must read press early and play first.
