- GK in goal. Coach shoots from 12 yards at various positions: near post, far post, central low, head height.
- GK saves. First touch: immediately set ball for distribution. Timing starts from save to release: target under 3 seconds.
- Introduce two defenders at 10 and 15 yards. GK must identify which is free and distribute before they're closed.
- Progress: add one forward pressing at 10 yards. GK must go over or around press.
- Count: how many distributions reach free defender in under 3 seconds over 20 saves?
