How to run it

  1. GK in goal. Coach shoots from 12 yards at various positions: near post, far post, central low, head height.
  2. GK saves. First touch: immediately set ball for distribution. Timing starts from save to release: target under 3 seconds.
  3. Introduce two defenders at 10 and 15 yards. GK must identify which is free and distribute before they're closed.
  4. Progress: add one forward pressing at 10 yards. GK must go over or around press.
  5. Count: how many distributions reach free defender in under 3 seconds over 20 saves?
