▶How to run it
- Interval 1 (5 min): standard SSG. No conditions. Establish baseline intensity.
- Interval 2 (5 min): SPRINT condition. Goal only counts if scorer sprinted last 10 metres. Coach judges.
- Interval 3 (5 min): POSSESSION condition. Team must complete 6 passes before scoring. Resets on turnover.
- Interval 4 (5 min): CHANGE condition. Every player must touch ball in own half before team can score.
- 90-second active rest between intervals. Short tactical point from coach during each rest.
