How to run it

  1. Mark 20×15m area. 5v2 rondo structure.
  2. Before each 5-minute rondo block, players sprint one width at maximum effort.
  3. Start rondo immediately — no recovery time.
  4. Coach observes technical quality in minutes 1–2 vs minutes 4–5. Are touches still directional? Passes still weighted correctly?
  5. Debrief: 'Did you notice your quality dropping? What was the first thing to go?'
