▶How to run it
- Mark four stations in 30×20m grid: A (sprint start), B (pass through gate), C (first touch and pass back), D (shot on goal).
- Player A sprints from A to B, receives ball from coach, plays through 1m gate, sprints to C.
- At C: receive driven pass from coach, control and play back, sprint to D.
- At D: receive from coach, shoot. Sprint back to A. Rest while next player goes.
- Two circuits per player per round. 3 rounds. 90 seconds rest between rounds.
