How to run it

  1. Each player dribbles in 15×10m grid. One cone per player as 'home base'. 8 minutes free dribbling with one passive defender per player who shadows.
  2. Defenders become active: can try to touch ball but not tackle. Dribblers protect with body, shield, and turn away.
  3. Add 'base touch' rule: dribblers must touch home cone every 15 seconds — forces movement toward target.
  4. Final 5 minutes: 2v2 in 10×8m grid. Keep ball or reach end line.
