How to run it

  1. Every player with a ball in a 20×15m grid. 12 minutes structured ball mastery.
  2. Minutes 0–3: free dribbling. Coach observes — who looks sharp, who doesn't?
  3. Minutes 3–6: coach calls moves — sole roll left, sole roll right, inside taps, stop-and-go.
  4. Minutes 6–9: pairs — one dribbler, one shadow defender who mirrors movement. Switch every 90 seconds.
  5. Minutes 9–12: traffic lights — GREEN (fast dribble), AMBER (slow), RED (sole stop and look up).
