- First 8 minutes: walking and light jogging possession game. 6v4 in 20×20m space. One-touch maximum. Zero competitive intensity.
- Next 8 minutes: technical activation. Pairs passing with movement at 60% pace. Focus on quality of first touch.
- Final 4 minutes: 2v2 in small space. Slightly higher intensity — sharpen competitive edge without fatigue.
