How to run it

  1. Mark two wide channels, 8m wide, 25m long, either side.
  2. Winger starts with ball at top of channel. Defender 2m ahead facing them.
  3. Winger dribbles forward, inviting the press. Defender closes at 70%. Winger picks the moment and drives past.
  4. After beating defender: deliver a cross or cut inside for a shot.
  5. Progress: defender at full pace. Both channels simultaneously.
