▶How to run it
- Every player with a ball. Practise drag-back on the spot: sole on ball, pull back, step over, face new direction. Slow motion first.
- Add movement: dribble toward a cone, execute drag-back at the cone, accelerate in a new direction.
- Partner mirror: partner follows 1m behind. Dribbler executes drag-back to escape.
- 3 players in a 10x10 grid. When two approach each other, player without right of way executes a drag-back.
