▶How to run it
- Every player with ball. Step-overs on spot: 10 right foot, 10 left foot, 10 alternating. Establish pattern before speed.
- Step-over while moving: dribble toward cone, execute step-over before cone, accelerate away. No pressure yet.
- Add shoulder drop: step-over right means right foot over ball, left foot plants with drop of left shoulder. Sell the direction.
- 1v1 channel (12m × 4m): attacker uses step-over to beat defender to end line. Defender at 80%.
- SSG: award bonus point for goal scored after step-over where defender was clearly beaten.
