▶How to run it
- Every player with ball. Practise drag-back on spot: sole on ball, pull back, step over, face new direction. Slow motion first.
- Add movement: dribble toward cone, drag-back at cone, accelerate in new direction. 15 reps each.
- Partner mirror: partner follows 1m behind. Dribbler executes drag-back to escape. Partner not active — just a visual presence.
- Small group: 3 players each with ball in 10×10 grid. No defenders. When two approach each other, player without right of way drag-backs.
