Sole-roll warm-up
8 minEvery player with a ball, rolling and stopping under the sole. Build the fundamental futsal feel.
Close-control gates
10 minDribble through tight gates using sole control. Sharp turns, head up.
Sole-control passing
12 minPairs and threes: receive, stop dead under the sole, pass. Build close passing in tight space.
Small-court game
13 min3v3 or 4v4 on a small court. Encourage sole control and quick passing — futsal in miniature.
Cool-down
2 minLight ball rolls and feedback.
◆What you'll need from yourself
High energy and a quick tempo — futsal sessions move fast. Keep the ball rolling, minimise queues, and keep every player active.
!Common problems
Players reverting to football habits (letting the ball run, using the inside of the foot for everything). Keep reinforcing sole control and the quick, tight futsal style.
