▶How to run it
- The keeper has the ball in goal. Targets (cones or players) at various points on the court.
- The keeper rolls or throws accurately to each target — to feet, into space.
- Vary the distance: short rolls to a near player, longer throws to launch a counter.
- Add live receivers who must control the distribution and play on.
- Progress: distribute under time pressure, simulating the quick restart after a save.
