How to run it

  1. Attackers try to shoot from the edge of the area; defenders position to block the lane.
  2. Defenders get the body and feet into the shooting line.
  3. Stay on the feet — a standing block beats a slide that misses.
  4. Vary the attacking angle so defenders adjust the block.
  5. Progress to live 2v2 where blocking lanes denies the shot.
