Every player has a ball. Freeze on the whistle — ball must stop dead. 6–8 rounds. Praise controlled stops, not just first place.
4 stations: sole roll, inside tap, outside flick, stop-and-go. 3 minutes per station. Coach circulates. One short demo at the start — then play.
Scatter 8 gates across the grid. Pairs score by passing through gates. 2-minute rounds, move gates between rounds. Count your score per round.
Standard → dribble-through → pass-through → target player. 5 minutes per variation. Keep it light — no over-coaching. Let the rules shape the play.
Clear demonstrations and high energy. Keep the session moving with minimal queuing, and reinforce one or two key coaching points rather than overloading players with information.
Players standing in queues (set up enough stations to keep everyone active) and the session running too long on one activity (keep blocks tight and move on while engagement is high).
