11v11 Set Pieces
A 75-minute set piece session for adult/senior squads. Attacking and defending corners, free kicks, throw-ins, and the kick-off routine.

Set piece warm-up: dead ball practice
10 minAll players practise kicking dead balls: corners from both sides, free kicks from the D. Technical only, no formation.
Attacking corners
20 minNamed routine from each side. Near post, far post, short corner. 3 reps each routine, 3 routines minimum. Coach calls the name before each.
Defensive set pieces
20 minWall organisation drill. GK calls immediately. WALL SET target: under 8 seconds. Then defending corners — zonal or man-marking, whole squad knows the system.
Free kicks: attack and defend
18 minAttacking team takes a free kick. Defending team organises. Alternate. Score: attacking team earns 1pt per goal, defending team earns 1pt per clean defensive execution.
Kick-off routines
7 minBUILD and PRESS kick-off routines. Two reps each. All players know their role.
◆What you'll need from yourself
Insist on the calling the name before every set piece. It's the habit that transfers. Without the verbal cue, players revert to improvising.

Players arguing about wall positions — GK's decision is final, no discussion.
