▶How to run it
- Set up 9 players in wide shape across 40 yards: two CBs, two wide midfielders, two CMs, two wide forwards, and one target.
- Ball starts centrally with CM. Coach calls 'SWITCH RIGHT!' — ball must reach right wide player in maximum 3 passes.
- CM plays to right CB, right CB plays into right winger's feet. Winger delivers to target player.
- Repeat from other side: 'SWITCH LEFT!' — 3 passes to left winger.
- Progress: add two passive defenders who can intercept but not tackle. Ball must reach wide player before they adjust.
