How to run it

  1. 5v2 rondo in a 12x12m square. Two-touch maximum for outer players.
  2. Coach focus exclusively on receiving player's first touch — clean, directional, body open.
  3. After 5 minutes: one-touch only for outer players.
  4. For players struggling: briefly revert to two-touch.
  5. Final variation: outer players must play back in direction they received.
