- Groups of 4 in a line. A at one end, D at the other. B and C 8 yards apart in the middle.
- A plays to B (facing away). B takes a half-turn first touch to face C. B passes immediately to C.
- C plays to D. D takes half-turn first touch. D passes back to C. Continuous.
- Introduce passive defender 1m behind turning player. Turn must go away from defender.
