▶How to run it
- Set up 9v9. Three midfielders from one team are designated 'attackers' who push high when their team attacks.
- When designated team loses possession, the three 'attackers' must sprint back to the halfway line before they can defend.
- Coach times: first designated player to cross halfway after a turnover gets a point.
- Progress: 'attackers' must recover AND win a tackle in the defensive half for the point.
- Track across 20 turnovers: which player recovers fastest consistently?
