How to run it

  1. A player receives with back to goal at the edge of the area.
  2. Turn sharply using a sole roll or quick spin, then finish first or second touch.
  3. Train both directions of turn.
  4. Vary the service so the turn must adapt.
  5. Add a passive defender so the turn must beat pressure before the shot.
