About warm-up drills

The best grassroots warm-ups don't look like warm-ups — they look like games. A coach who lines players up to do dynamic stretches at U9 has lost the room before the session has started. The drills below are tested with mixed-ability groups, work with whatever number turns up, and most can be set up in under a minute.
